Welcome to Hamble Primary School website. This website aims to give you a taster of the school, as well as providing up to date information for parents, pupils and the wider community.
Hamble Primary School is a community school for children aged between 4 and 11 years. The school opened in 1953 and is of traditional design, having been modernised throughout. We have accommodation for eleven classes, as well as a large hall, dining hall and swimming pool. The grounds are extensive and attractive, situated adjacent to the Royal Victoria County Park.
We aim to provide a happy and secure environment in which intellectual, physical, moral, social and spiritual development can flourish. We highly value the benefits of outdoor learning and are aim to make good use of our extensive school grounds. All of our YR and KS1 children participate in Forest School activities and the children in KS2 have specific outdoor learning sessions led by a Forest School leader.
We hope that you enjoy your visit to our website, and that you find the information you are looking for. Please feel free to contact the school directly with any queries you may have, or better still - come and visit us!
