School Organisation

The school opens at 8.45am and register closes at 9.00am.

Infant lunch is between 11.50am and 12.55pm.

Junior lunch is between 12.05pm and 12.55pm

The school day ends at 3.20pm. Children are allowed to bring fruit for mid-morning break.

Teaching time (excluding playtimes, lunchtimes and assemblies is 22 hours for infants and 24.5 hours for juniors.

There are 10 mixed-ability classes, eight of which are mixed age groups.

School Uniform

All children are asked to wear school uniform as it is the most practical and suitable clothing for school use. Uniform items are easily obtainable and cost no more than normal clothing bought from a department store.

BOYS: Grey trousers, white shirt or polo shirt, scarlet V-necked pullover or sweatshirt, scarlet fleece.

GIRLS: Grey skirt, grey pinafore dress or trousers, white blouse or polo-shirt, scarlet V-necked pullover, cardigan or sweatshirt, scarlet fleece, red and white checked dresses (summer only).

Year 6 pupils may wear a grey sweatshirt with the school's logo. School logo uniform items may be purchased from the school office.

Please mark all clothes and footwear with your child's name. Shoes should be sensible, easy to fasten and safe to wear during the variety of activities that take place in the school day
